Season Debut: Mama's Betrayal?

Dearest Journal, I was right in my suspicion of my Dear Mama. George told me that Mama went into the shop and told Him to stay away from me. Why does Mama not care what I want to do with my life? I am apprehensive, in case Mama has told Papa untruths about what is happening.

We will have to have a long and possibly hard conversation: where do we go from here? If we continue this ruse of ours to either of our Mothers. We should look long and hard into where we can meet each other in complete secrecy.
